Free Shipping on Every Order

Every order ships free by UPS. There is no minimum purchase.

Same-Day Handling

In-stock gold jewelry ordered by 3:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday, ships the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM ET, on a weekend or on a holiday ship the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

• Orders over $500 ship by UPS Next Day Air and arrive the next business day after they ship.
• All other orders ship by UPS Next Day Air Saver and arrive the next business day after they ship.

UPS delivers these services Monday through Friday. Each gold product page shows your estimated delivery dates before you order.

Engagement Rings, Custom and Made-to-Order Pieces

Engagement rings, custom designs and other made-to-order pieces are not covered by same-day handling. They ship free as soon as they are finished, and we will confirm the timing with you after you order.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive an email with your UPS tracking number.

Delivery Address

UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, so please use a street address.

We ship within the United States.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, email us at connor.foster@hsfosterdiamonds.com within 7 days of the estimated delivery date and we will work with UPS to put it right.
